Terms & conditions:                                                                                                                   

1    From this Academic Year 2009 - 10 onwards School fee invoice will contain the total amount of Full year Fee.   

2    The Annual School Fee is required to be paid in Maximum Three Installments and Non refundable.       

      25% to be paid on or before 24 August 2009 ( well before start of Academic Year 2009 - 10 )   

      25% to be paid before 1 October 2009.                                                   

      50% Balance to be paid on or before 11 January                                                 

      Please Note : In case of non payment of the school fee in time as per above deadlines, the student will not be allowed to attend the school.                                                        

3    Lunch fee is optional which is USD 330/- per year and if the student is willing to opt for Lunch this payment is required to be paid in Advance. Lunch form is attached hereby along with the invoice and is mandatory to be filled.

4    5% discount is available for each additional child who is a full brother or sister of the first child enrolled.

5    5% discount is available for payment of upfront payment of Full year's School fee on or before 24 August 2009 ( well before start of Academic Year 2009 - 10)                                                      

6    An Examination Fee for IGCSE will be levied for Year 11 students and Checkpoint Exam Fee for Yr. 9 Students. This fee is required to be paid on or before 15th of February. Failure to which will disallow the Student to sit in the Exams.                                                      

7    The above stipulated payments can be made in following ways:                                                   

      a) May be deposited directly to the School's Accounts Dept. ( Cash and Cheques only )             

b) May be deposited directly to the School's Bank as per details mentioned above Stanbic Bank.
( Cash/ Cheque/ TT etc )                                                  

      c) May be transferred directly from overseas banks as per following additional details                             

                                                        

Please Note : if the payment is been done in either of the above mode of payment as mentioned in b) and c) above, kindly submit the payment details to School's Accounts dept through Fax or email with a copy of payment document.
